Ordering Terms and Conditions

Use of our services constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability: We may not be held liable for misuse or harm arising from the use of our products or services. This includes:

• Copyrighted material
  • We will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material. We are not liable for any copyright claims, lawsuits, or issues arising from the illegal use of copyrighted material.
• Shipping errors/delays
• Spoilage/imperfections (we recommend ordering extras!)
  • When ordering exact quantities based on registrations or order submissions, we highly recommend ordering at least 1 additional of each size to account for misprints, manufacturer defects, or any other spoilage.
• Breach of contract
• Missed deadlines due to circumstances out of our control

Deadlines: We will make every effort to meet your deadline. If there is any reason we cannot accommodate an in-hands date, we will let you know ASAP.

Refunds/Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or returns. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis if we have made an error.

Artwork Ownership: We claim ownership of all custom artwork created for your project. We offer a one-time transfer of ownership for a fee. Exception: we waive any rights to customer-supplied artwork.
