The American Street Cat, Inc. (TASC) was born out of a grass roots effort to minimize the stray cat population via Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) and related efforts. Our ability to help more cats is dependent upon funding, and when kittens like Biscuit are brought into foster care, operations come to a halt while we help them out. Biscuit has had urinary tract issues since she was only a few weeks old, and diagnostics reveal the presence of a mass near her bladder that requires exploratory surgery. She's the catalyst for this tee shirt campaign, and any funds raised in excess of her needs will go toward our general foster care and TNR efforts.
