Pawfficer Donut, the Troy Police Department's Feline Unit, is working to support other animals in need through this fundraiser benefiting the Michigan Humane Society and Leuk's Landing. Pawfficer Donut is a former shelter cat herself, originally calling the Michigan Humane Society home. Pawfficer Donut was preceded briefly in her duties by Pawfficer Badges, a now retired police cat, diagnosed with Feline Leukemia. Pawfficer Badges is now cared for by Leuk's Landing, a wonderful organization dedicated to caring for cats with Feline Leukemia. Funds will be split between the two organizations.
