If a printed order has been completed, it unfortunately cannot be canceled or refunded.

If there is a quality issue with your custom products or they were damaged in shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us at hello@goodink.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the defective merchandise. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
